PROGRAM KERJASAMA BANTUAN KUTIPAN SAMPAH CSR KEPADA MPKB – BRI. DARI 16 /7/2014 HINGGA 4/8/2014 di Kota Bahru Kelantan

During the Hari Raya Puasa celebration last year, with influx of more than 1 million Kelantanese to Kota Bahru and its surrounding areas, MPKB-BRI, with its limited machineries, just couldn’t cope with the increase of rubbish 3 times the normal volume of waste it has to handle. Waste collection turned out to be a problem. The peak period is the few days before and after Hari Raya.

The assistance provided to MPKB during Hari Raya Eidul Fitri is in-line with the aspiration of Alam Flora of APPRECIATING LIFE. The scope of assistance covers COLLECTION Activities under the direction of MPKB-BRI Jabatan Pembersihan Bandar.

AFSB dispatching the following array of vehicles:
8 units of Compactors
2 units of Open Tipper
1 unit of ArmRoll
1 unit of Water Tanker
1 unit of Roadsweeper
1 unit of Tailgate as support and
3 units of RORO Bin

6 Drivers, 9 PRAs, 3 Mechanics, 2 Supervisors, 1 Executive and 1 Manager were assigned for this project dengan dibantu oleh Pemandu dan PRA dari MPKB-BRI

The program was officiated by YB Dato’ Hj Abdul Fattah bin Hj Mahmood, EXCO Kerajan Negeri Kelantan on the 22nd of July 2014 in Kota Bharu.
